Booking & deposits
Every appointment is reserved just for you. Please read this before booking so everything is clear.
Deposits
- A $30 non-refundable deposit secures all lash appointments, and $100 secures permanent makeup. It holds your spot in the schedule and covers preparation.
- Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
- Deposits can be paid by Apple Pay, Venmo or credit card when you book.
Cancelling or rescheduling
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit.
Late arrivals & no-shows
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may be treated as a no-show, and the deposit is forfeited.
- Missing an appointment without notice forfeits the deposit.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms of this deposit policy.
Appointments only
All visits and services are by appointment only, Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, so Julie can give you her full attention.
